Publishing to Facebook

Connect your Facebook Page to schedule and publish posts, images, videos, and Reels from PostEverywhere.

Connecting your account​

  1. Go to the Accounts page
  2. Click Connect Account and select Facebook
  3. Sign in to your Facebook account and authorize PostEverywhere
  4. Select the Page you want to connect
  5. You'll be redirected back and the Page will appear in your account list

Requirements​

  • You must have a Facebook Page — personal profiles are not supported
  • You must be an admin of the Page you want to connect

Content types​

Text posts​

  • Up to 63,206 characters
  • Text-only posts are supported — media is optional

Images​

  • Up to 10 images per post
  • Cannot combine images with video in the same post

Videos​

  • 1 video per post
  • Duration: 1–240 seconds (up to 4 minutes)
  • Choose between Regular Video or Reel format
  • Share a URL with your post for link preview

Platform-specific settings​

When creating a post, click the Facebook tab in platform customization to access these options:

Message​

Write your post content with up to 63,206 characters.

Paste a URL to share with your post.

Video type​

When a video is attached, choose how it appears:

  • Regular Video — standard video post on your Page
  • Reel — short-form vertical video in the Reels format

First comment​

Schedule a first comment to be posted immediately after your post goes live. Useful for adding hashtags, links, or follow-up context.

Tips​

  • Facebook Reels are a great way to reach new audiences beyond your Page followers
  • Posts with images tend to get more engagement than text-only posts
  • Use the link sharing feature to drive traffic to your website or blog
