Media Library
The Media Library is your central hub for managing all images, videos, and files used in your posts.
Accessing the Media Library
Click Media in the sidebar to open the Media Library. You can also access media when creating a post by clicking the media button in the composer.
Uploading media
From the Media Library
- Click the Upload button
- Select files from your computer, or drag and drop them into the library
- Files are uploaded to cloud storage and available immediately
During post creation
When composing a post, you can:
- Upload new files directly
- Select existing files from your Media Library
- Use AI Studio to generate images or videos
Organizing your media
Search
Use the search bar to find media by filename.
Favorites
Star important files to mark them as favorites for quick access.
Sorting
Sort your media by:
- Date uploaded (newest/oldest)
- Filename
- File type
Batch operations
Select multiple files to perform bulk actions like deleting.
Supported file types
Images
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF
- Uploaded to cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
Videos
- MP4, MOV, and other common formats
- Videos are automatically transcoded to MP4 for platform compatibility
- Thumbnails are generated automatically
- Processed through Cloudflare Stream for reliable delivery
Documents
- PDF files for LinkedIn document posts
Media and platforms
Different platforms have different media requirements. PostEverywhere handles most of the heavy lifting:
- Videos are transcoded to compatible formats automatically
- The post composer warns you if your media doesn't meet a platform's requirements
- Each platform's specific limits (max images, video duration, etc.) are shown during post creation

Storage
Media files are stored in cloud storage and associated with your workspace. All team members in the same workspace can access the shared Media Library.
