Tips
- Platform-specific content: Click a platform tab to customize text for that specific network. For example, you might want shorter text for X/Twitter (280 character limit) and longer text for LinkedIn (3,000 characters).
- Preview: Each platform shows a preview of how your post will look before publishing.
- AI assistance: Use the AI button to generate captions, suggest hashtags, or rephrase your content. You can also visit AI Studio to generate images and videos.
- Media requirements: Different platforms have different size, format, and duration requirements. PostEverywhere will warn you if your media doesn't meet a platform's requirements.
- Campaigns: Tag your post with a campaign to keep your content organized.
- Drafts: Not ready to schedule yet? Save your post as a draft and come back to it later.
What happens after posting?
After scheduling or posting, you can track the status of your post from the Calendar or All Posts page. See Understanding Post Statuses for more details.
