Team Members
PostEverywhere supports multi-user teams so you can collaborate with colleagues, clients, or agencies on your social media content.
Team member limits

Inviting team members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Send the invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
Roles
Owner
- Full access to everything
- Can manage billing and subscription
- Can delete the organization
- Only one owner per organization
Admin
- Can manage team members and invitations
- Can manage social accounts and settings
- Can create, edit, and delete posts
- Cannot manage billing
Member
- Can create and manage their own posts
- Can view the calendar and media library
- Can use AI Studio
- Cannot manage team settings or accounts
Managing team members
From Settings > Team, you can:
- View all current team members and their roles
- See pending invitations
- Change a member's role
- Remove a member from the organization
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in the pending section. You can:
- Resend an invitation if the recipient didn't receive it
- Cancel a pending invitation
Tips
- Start with the Growth plan if you need to collaborate with a small team
- Use roles to control who can manage accounts and settings vs. who can only create content
- Each team member counts toward your plan's seat limit
