Scheduling Posts

PostEverywhere lets you schedule posts to be published at a specific date and time across all your connected platforms.

How to schedule a post

  1. Create a new post by clicking New Post in the sidebar
  2. Write your content and add any media
  3. Select your target platforms
  4. Click the Schedule button
  5. Pick your desired date, time, and timezone
  6. Click Confirm to schedule

Your post will be automatically published at the scheduled time.

Using the Calendar

The Calendar view gives you a visual overview of all your scheduled, published, and failed posts. You can:

  • Switch between month, week, day, and list views
  • Drag and drop posts to reschedule them (desktop)
  • Click a post to view details, edit, or cancel it
  • Filter by status or account

You can also click on a time slot in the calendar to start creating a post pre-filled with that date and time.

Editing a scheduled post

You can edit any scheduled post before it's published:

  1. Find the post on the Calendar or All Posts page
  2. Click on it to open the post details
  3. Make your changes
  4. Save the updated post

Cancelling a scheduled post

To cancel a scheduled post, open the post details and click Delete. The post will be removed from the queue and won't be published.

Time zones

Posts are scheduled with timezone support. Your timezone is automatically detected from your browser, and you can change it when scheduling. The calendar displays all posts in your selected timezone.

Drafts

Not ready to schedule yet? Save your post as a draft. Drafts are saved but not queued for publishing. You can find them on the All Posts page and schedule them when you're ready.
