Using the Calendar

The Calendar is your visual command center for managing all scheduled, published, and failed posts across your connected accounts.

Calendar views

Switch between four views depending on how you want to see your content:

Month view

The default view showing all posts in a traditional calendar grid. Each day shows a summary of your posts with color-coded status indicators. Best for getting an overview of your content plan.

Week view

A detailed hourly breakdown of your posts for the selected week. Shows the exact time each post is scheduled. Best for fine-tuning your daily posting schedule.

Day view

A focused view of a single day with detailed time slots. Best for busy posting days when you need to manage timing carefully.

List view

A tabular view showing your posts in a sortable list format. Best for bulk reviewing or when you prefer a data-oriented view.

Interacting with posts

Viewing post details

Click on any post in the calendar to open the post details modal. From here you can:

  • See the full content and media
  • View per-platform publishing status
  • See error messages for failed posts
  • Retry failed posts

Drag and drop (desktop)

On desktop, you can drag and drop posts to reschedule them:

  • Grab a post and drag it to a new day or time slot
  • The post's scheduled time will update automatically
  • Only works for posts that haven't been published yet

Creating posts from the calendar

Click on a time slot in the calendar to start creating a new post pre-filled with that date and time. This is a quick way to fill gaps in your content schedule.

Filtering

Use the filter options to narrow down what you see:

  • By status — show only scheduled, published, failed, or draft posts
  • By account — show posts for specific social accounts

Color coding

Posts are color-coded by status:

  • Posts that are scheduled, published, or failed each have distinct visual indicators
  • This makes it easy to spot issues at a glance in the month and week views
