Connecting YouTube Channels & Brand Accounts
PostEverywhere supports connecting multiple YouTube channels, including Brand Accounts managed under the same Google account.
What are Brand Accounts?
A YouTube Brand Account is a channel that isn't directly tied to your personal Google account. It allows multiple people to manage a channel without sharing personal login credentials. Many businesses, organizations, and creators use Brand Accounts.
You might have a Brand Account if:
- Your YouTube channel has a different name than your Google account
- Multiple people manage your channel
- You created your channel through a Google Brand Account
Connecting your channel
- Go to the Accounts page
- Click Connect Account and select YouTube
- Sign in to your Google account
- If you have multiple channels, you'll be prompted to select which one to connect
- The selected channel will appear in your connected accounts list
Multiple channels
If your Google account has access to multiple YouTube channels (personal + Brand Accounts):
- Each channel can be connected separately
- Select the specific channel you want during the connection flow
- Each connected channel counts toward your plan's account limit
Posting to your channel
YouTube only supports video content. When creating a post for YouTube, you'll need to provide:
- A video file (required)
- Video title (up to 100 characters)
- Description (up to 5,000 characters)
- Tags, category, and visibility settings
See the full YouTube platform guide for all available options.
Troubleshooting

- Disconnect the current channel from the Accounts page
- Reconnect and select the correct channel during the authorization step
Brand Account not appearing
- Make sure you're signed into the Google account that manages the Brand Account
- Check that you have owner or manager permissions on the Brand Account
