Posting to a Company Page
When creating a post:
- In the platform selection step, you'll see both your personal profile and Company Pages listed separately
- Select the Company Page account you want to post to
- Customize your content — Company Page posts support the same features as personal profile posts:
- Text (up to 3,000 characters)
- Images (up to 20)
- Video (1, up to 10 minutes)
- Documents/PDFs (1 per post)
- First comment
- Visibility settings
Managing multiple pages
If you manage several Company Pages:
- Each page appears as a separate account in your Accounts list
- You can post to multiple pages simultaneously by selecting them all when creating a post
- Each page counts toward your plan's social account limit
Troubleshooting
"Unable to post to Company Page"
- Verify you're still an admin on the LinkedIn Company Page
- Try reconnecting the account — admin permissions may need to be re-authorized
Company Page not showing up
- Make sure you granted organization permissions during the LinkedIn OAuth flow
- Disconnect and reconnect your LinkedIn account, ensuring you allow access to your organizations
- You must be an admin or content admin — regular employees cannot connect Company Pages
