Managing Your Subscription
Manage your billing, payment methods, and subscription from the Settings page.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Settings > Plans to see your current plan and available upgrade options. Go to Settings > Billing to view your billing cycle, payment method, and next payment date.
Updating payment method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- You'll be redirected to our secure payment portal (powered by Stripe)
- Update your card or payment method
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Plans
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Plans
- Select a lower plan
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. Note that if you exceed the lower plan's limits (e.g., connected accounts), you may need to disconnect accounts before the downgrade takes effect.
Cancelling your subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Select Cancel Subscription in the Stripe portal
After cancelling, you'll retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Your scheduled posts will still be published, but you won't be able to create new ones after your plan expires.
Invoices and receipts
All invoices and receipts are available through the Stripe billing portal. Click Manage Billing to view and download past invoices.
iOS app subscriptions
If you subscribed through the iOS app, your subscription is managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage it.
